At Fast and Fit for Women you get more of everything

We offer one week free to check us out before you join. Our Standard 6, 12 and 24 month Memberships include:

Fast and Fit Class Schedule

Super Circuit (exclusive to Fast and Fit)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00 am, 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am

Free to members - drop-ins. pay daily rate of $8 (includes use of gym)

30 minute class incorporating the PACE resistance equipment with aerobic/dance type moves. First-timers must be trained on the PACE equipment prior to the class. Call to schedule an appointment and start your FREE week.


Take A Break

Monday / Wednesday / Friday 12:15pm - 12:45 pm

Free to members - drop-ins. $3

30 minute stretch and relaxation during lunch.


Core Strength /Progressive Load Training

Saturdays 11:00 to Noon and at your request, either 1/1 or small group throughout the week

Free to members. Available to 10 Visit Pass Holders, no drop-ins.

Starts with low-intensity exercises which will improve muscle balance, muscle endurance, core function, flexibility, and posture followed by Progressive Load Training which strengthens specific muscles by utilizing free weights and/or body weight.


Shape Up

Members only

A one-on-one or small group class, at your request utilizing stability balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, weighted balls, free weights, and more.
