Workout for as long as you want
Fast and Fit is a workout centre for women. We have PACE variable resistance strength training equipment and aerobic stations to give you the benefit of a 90 minute workout in only 30 minutes! You are welcome to workout longer if you want.

Plus: We have a whole body vibration machine, a re-bounder, elliptical cross-trainers, free weights, balls, bars and more so you can add variety to your workout

Our hours are:
6:30AM to 7:00PM Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to Noon on Saturday. On Sunday we are closed. Click here for our holiday hours

	Safe for any age and any fitness level - from first-timer to the most experienced - from teen to senior. Our PACE equipment has variable resistance settings so you'll never max out.
	Exercise to upbeat music when it suits your schedule - join or leave the PACE circuit at any time - there's no set class schedule. Stay as long as you can and come as often as you want - there are NO restrictions.
	Vary your workout - by incorporating the re-bounder, elliptical machines, balls, weights, bars, hoops, the twister and the BOSU.
	No previous experience is required - you receive individual instruction on all the equipment.
