PACE - The Circuit Training Program for Every Body™


PACE is adjustable so anyone at any fitness level use it.

PACE is safe because it automatically adapts the resistance to match your level of effort. As you begin to fatigue, the resistance decreases automatically.

The major benefit for the PACE user is inches lost.

Burn calories, and strengthen muscles, while you enjoy a brisk workout that's safe and quick.

PACE Circuit Training for women tones muscles and loses inches. PACE's unique hydraulic resistance is non-intimidating, does not cause muscle soreness, but produces excellent results quickly! PACE is the original 30 minute hydraulic circuit exercise program. PACE combines both a muscle toning strength workout with a "no coordination necessary", fun cardiovascular workout. A complete PACE workout takes only 30 minutes, but burns more calories than 90 minutes on conventional cardio equipment! You are welcome to stay and workout longer if you want.

Aerobic activities such as step bench classes, stair climbing, cycling, jogging, etc. are all good cardiovascular exercises that burn body fat. However, some programs require a degree of skill and coordination and tend to intimidate the unfit person. Others can place a great deal of stress on the joints and do not provide muscle toning, especially for the upper body. PACE is easy for anyone to do and provides a total body strength and cardiovascular workout.


OCTANE Elliptical Cross Training Machines

Elliptical machines are part stair-climber, part cross-country-ski machine and part treadmill. Your feet move in flattened circles – an elliptical pattern
The peddling is easy on the joints yet provides a workout that can give you a great feeling of euphoria and accomplishment. The machine also provides upper body resistance by pushing and pulling the arms, if you choose.

To increase the intensity of your workout you can select a variety of workouts on the Octane’s console from fat burning, to interval to hill climbing.
To maximize your workout, we recommend you wear a heart rate monitor. We have Polar Heart Rate Monitors available for our members to use, or you may bring your own. We also have them for sale.

Plug in your iPod or work out to the beat of the music playing in the gym.


NOBLEREX K1 Whole Body Vibration Machine
