Boot Camp for WomenBoot Camp for Women is a one month (20 sessions) vigorous fitness program carefully designed by Fast and Fit’s Certified Personal Trainers, Peggy Raymond, ACSM and Joyce Scott, ACE., and is open to Fast and Fit members and non-members. This program will help you:
Unlike similar boot camps each class will be indoors and taught by both Peggy and Joyce, providing vigilant attention to each participant. You will discover your true exercise capability to encourage you to include vigorous exercises as an integral part of your on-going life-style. Details
All participants will complete a Health History Questionnaire to identify your needs and limitations which will be reviewed by both Personal Trainers prior to the start of the program. You’ll be encouraged to wear a Heart Rate Monitor and shown how to use it. Fast and Fit is offering Boot Camp participants $10 off Polar Heart Rate monitors. |
