From Nevada City Take Hwy 49 towards Auburn and exit at McKnight Way. Turn left over the freeway and left again at the 3-way stop.

From Alta Sierra Take Hwy 49 towards Grass Valley and exit at McKnight Way. Turn right at the end of the off ramp (turn on green light only) and left at the 3-way stop.

From Lake Wildwood Take Hwy 20 towards Grass Valley. After passing over the Hwy 49 freeway, turn right onto South Auburn Street at the 4-way stop. 

Fast and Fit is located in the Village Center  (look for the clock tower) near Grass Valley Ford
